Kuyili! Unbuk was an impactful project initiated by Katha with the aim of introducing children from the Irular communities in Tamil Nadu to the inspiring tales of local heroes and legends, particularly that of the freedom fighter Kuyili. I worked on this project along with Aadya Naik and Prarthana Merchant. We had the opportunity to be mentored by Adithi Rao and Krishna Menon through the course of the project.
"The Sea of Stories," an innovative multiplayer cooperative game that centers around the remarkable story of Kuyili, a renowned freedom fighter. This game not only entertains but also educates, allowing children to immerse themselves in the rich history and legacy of Kuyili's courageous acts.
The crab and bull characters have been illustrated by Aadya Naik.
